Job Description
  • Oversee and lead end-to-end Recruitment department from strategies to standard operation procedures to determine the best practices aligned with business objectives, increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
  • Supervise, lead and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of the recruitment activities
  • Collaborate with department managers/ hiring managers across different entities to forecast future hiring needs and advise on manpower planning
  • Ensure the manpower planning and hiring target including SLA is achieved and aligned
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 7-10 years of working experiences in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record in managing and leading end-to-end recruitment department
  • Strong analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
  • Experiences working across different industries with strong business acumen to understand different business nature and needs in a fast-paced, growing and matrix organization
  • Strong experience in manpower planning and management
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and people managerial skills to work collaboratively across different departments and entities
  • Data driven and comfortable working with data
