Client is a reputable and growing organization with multi-businesses across different sectors.
Job Description- Oversee and lead end-to-end Recruitment department from strategies to standard operation procedures to determine the best practices aligned with business objectives, increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
- Supervise, lead and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team
- Evaluate and assess the performance of the recruitment activities
- Collaborate with department managers/ hiring managers across different entities to forecast future hiring needs and advise on manpower planning
- Ensure the manpower planning and hiring target including SLA is achieved and aligned
- At least 7-10 years of working experiences in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record in managing and leading end-to-end recruitment department
- Strong analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Experiences working across different industries with strong business acumen to understand different business nature and needs in a fast-paced, growing and matrix organization
- Strong experience in manpower planning and management
- Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and people managerial skills to work collaboratively across different departments and entities
- Data driven and comfortable working with data
